This letter is to confirm that Patrick Autocare has a facility under construction with BM Webb. Once completed, we will take a long-term lease over the property, which is located on the Webb Drive Industrial Estate. 

The facility will comprise 2,300 sqm office and warehouse, with the inclusion of a wash bay. The balance of the 3ha site will be covered in either concrete hardstand or two coat bitumen seal.

The process of leasing from BM Webb has been simple and client focused. We have found BM Webb to have good knowledge of industrial construction and they have been easy to do business with.
